Summer

Summer Reading: Adventure Begins at your Library!

What time is it? Summer Reading time! Orange County Public Schools is launching their Summer Reading Celebration with Beanstack and Orange County Library Systems. Students have the opportunity to read and log their minutes in Beanstack for a chance to win prizes! To find more information on this challenge, visit SummerReading.ocps.net.
K-2 Families:  This year's Summer Reading Celebration includes a ONE OCPS Reads selection for elementary students. Grades K-2 can read The Hunger Heroes with their families. These titles are available as eBooks on Sora. Log those reading minutes in Beanstack!

3-5 Families:  This year's Summer Reading Celebration includes a ONE OCPS Reads selection for elementary students. We recommend The Vanderbeekers of 141st Street for grades 3-5. These titles are available as eBooks on Sora. Log those reading minutes in Beanstack!

Frangus Elementary
has set a reading goal of 2,000 minutes this summer! Help us reach the goal by logging your minutes each time you read in Beanstack. If everyone at Frangus Elementary reads 2,000 minutes this summer AND logs those minutes in Beanstack, our school will reach our goal! Log your minutes to enter to win prizes! #OCPSreads

Library Catalog

Orange County Public Schools uses Follett Destiny’s Library Management System to catalog all materials maintained in the school library media center. The Destiny Library Catalog can be accessed by hovering over the Media Center tab on this website and selecting the “Destiny Library Catalog” option from the dropdown menu.
